Employment and empowerment programs for underprivileged groups through sustainable job opportunities.
Structured hiring and on-the-job training that turns short-term relief into long-term, sustainable employment.
TAD works with community organisations to identify candidates from underprivileged groups and bring them into the workforce through a structured pathway rather than one-off placements.
The programme is built on three commitments:
- Paid on-the-job training from the first day, not unpaid trials
- A permanent contract on successful completion of the training period
- A clear progression route from site operative to team leader and supervisor
Participants are placed on live contracts alongside experienced crews, which keeps service quality intact while giving each newcomer a mentor. The result is employment that lasts beyond the life of a single project and skills that stay with the participant wherever they go next.

Establishing a training center to develop national talents and empower youth.
TAD's training center was established to close the gap between the skills available in the local market and the standards our clients expect on site. The programme covers the full range of facilities management disciplines: - Technical maintenance: HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems - Soft services: cleaning protocols, hospitality and front-of-house conduct - Health and safety: risk assessment, permits to work and incident reporting - Customer service and reporting through our CAFM platform Every trainee completes a supervised placement on an active TAD contract before graduating, so what is taught in the classroom is immediately proven in the field. Graduates join our talent pool and are given priority for vacancies across our operational sites.
