TAD Training Center
Since 2015, TAD has adopted social responsibility by creating opportunities for vulnerable groups, especially internally displaced persons and refugees, through a specialized facility management training program. Led by diverse company staff, the program combines theoretical education and practical experience, equipping participants with skills for sustainable facility management careers. In addition to training, TAD provides full-time employment opportunities, flexible support for continued education in technical colleges, and established the first in-house training center in East Africa. This pioneering center offers free skills training, accredited qualifications, daily allowances, and meals to ensure participant support throughout their learning journey.
